1. Uses a special-material lifting lead screw with heat-treated hardness. Achieve Between 35 HRC and 40 HRC , wear-resistant; the worm gear and worm screw design ensures smoother lifting.

2. It employs a closed-loop sensor‑based loading control system, with direct motor drive for vertical force application, resulting in more stable force values.

3. The turret rotates faster, resulting in high testing efficiency;

4. Both the loading motor and the turret motor are imported, featuring a compact design, low noise, and stable performance.

It features a direct-drive loading mechanism that ensures consistent force application and high testing efficiency. Equipped with dual indenter heads and four objective lenses, it offers automatic identification and seamless switching, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The instrument includes a digital micrometer eyepiece that displays test force, indentation length, dwell time, scale conversion, and elapsed time directly on the touchscreen. During operation, simply measure the indentation and press the eyepiece button to automatically calculate and display the hardness value on the screen.
