XHB-3000 Digital Brinell Hardness Tester
XHB-3000 Digital Brinell hardness tester adopts precise structure design and the load of test force is controlled by the sensor, which makes the whole structure compact and loading of test force stable and exact. It adopts an 5.6 inch HD color touch screen, which makes parameter settings and result display more intuitive, and operation more convenient. When operating, manually rotate the test table to preload until the machine beeps, and it will automatically load, dwell, and unload. Lower the test table, switch to the objective and use the digital eyepiece for measurement. Press the eyepiece button to automatically display the hardness value on the screen. This machine can be equipped with CCD image automatic measurement system to achieve one click automatic measurement of indentation.
Features:
1.The main body adopts cast iron structure which minimizes the deformation. The shell has undergone natural aging treatment for more than half a year, and its physical properties are stable.
2.It adopts a 0.03 level force sensor to ensure precise and error free loading every time.
3.After heat treatment, the hardness of the lifting screw reaches 35~40HRC, which is beneficial for the stability of the testing data at different heights during lifting.
4.It supports the conversion of various hardness scales in real time and has the function of upper and lower limit settings.
5.Real time saving of hardness test results, automatic calculation of maximum, minimum, mean, etc., with multiple folder selection, optional deletion and printing output.
6.Built in thermal printer with fast printing speed, and equipped with RS232 interface for users to connect to PC output.
Application range:
Suitable for cast iron, steel products, nonferrous metals and soft alloys etc. Also suitable for some nonmetal materials such as rigid plastics and bakelite etc.
