V3-VAS Series Cantilever Fully Automatic Vision Measuring Instrument

● A precision, fully closed-loop AC servo control system and a natural granite structural framework ensure measurement stability that is as solid as a rock.

● Standard configuration includes a high-resolution 6.5× fixed‑magnification optical lens, a digital camera, and a programmable light source, enabling you to measure exactly what you see.

● Optionally equipped with a variety of sensors—including an auto-zoom coaxial optical lens, a contact probe, a spectral confocal laser sensor, and a 3D camera—to expand and enhance measurement capabilities.

● Powerful image measurement software and flexible scalability enable efficient automated measurement.

The V3-VAS fully automatic vision measuring system integrates three‑axis automation, auto‑focus, and programmable illumination, and, when paired with its fully automatic image‑processing software, delivers a precise and highly efficient solution for geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) measurement.
