Safety production education and training is an effective means of comprehensively enhancing employees’ safety awareness and skills, and of strengthening their safety consciousness. It also serves as the foundational work for improving the inherent safety of enterprises and establishing a long-term mechanism for safe production. Shanghai Jinxiang and Shanghai Shangcai are continuously implementing TPS. Our production management model adheres to the principles of “quality first, on-time production, and zero accidents,” placing workplace safety at the forefront and striving to build a modern, advanced manufacturing enterprise characterized by standardization, scientific rigor, and meticulous precision.

December 2019 On the afternoon of the 3rd, the company conducted safety education and training for all frontline production employees. The session was led by Instructor Zhang Jianlin, who has many years of experience in production safety management. He summarized and analyzed the company’s safety incidents over the past years, provided detailed examples of various potential hazards, and outlined specific safety requirements for electrical work, working at heights, welding and gas cutting, special‑purpose equipment, and various types of machine tools. Finally, he emphasized three obligations for workers: 1) to abide by rules and regulations and comply with management; 2) to acquire safety knowledge and master relevant safety skills; and 3) to report any hazardous conditions.

Safe production is the fundamental principle governing enterprise operations. Company leadership places great emphasis on safety, providing employees with essential personal protective equipment and implementing robust measures to prevent occupational diseases. The company conducts monthly routine safety inspections, rigorously enforces workplace safety and labor discipline, and thoroughly analyzes unsafe human behaviors and unsafe conditions of equipment and materials, thereby preventing accidents and safeguarding the legitimate interests of all employees.
