Time has flown by, and Shanghai Jinxiang Machinery Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Shangcai Testing Machine Co., Ltd. have each entered their 17th and 13th years since inception, respectively. Upholding the principle of “quality first,” the companies have continued to grow and improve. With the trust and support of our broad customer base, in 2017 the combined total output value of both enterprises increased by more than RMB 4 million compared with the previous year, yielding abundant results. Yet, alongside these encouraging achievements, we also face formidable challenges. As costs rise and market competition intensifies, we must relentlessly enhance our products and refine our services if we are to forge ahead against headwinds and sustain growth in 2018.

On February 13, 2018, the company hosted its annual gala, bringing all employees together to receive year-end benefits and celebrate the Spring Festival. During the event, eight outstanding employees of 2017, one employee who retired with honor, and one recipient of the “Artisan” title were recognized and rewarded. Alongside the banquet, engaging side activities were held, in which staff enthusiastically participated, demonstrating teamwork and earning rounds of applause and laughter. The company’s continued growth is inseparable from the hard work of every employee. We remain committed to a people‑centered corporate culture, providing a supportive work environment and comprehensive benefits. With everyone pulling together, our company has steadily advanced and flourished.
