1. The monolithic cast-iron structure achieves 99% rigidity in the main body, minimizing deformation, and the housing undergoes natural aging for more than six months, ensuring stable physical properties.

2. After heat treatment, the lead screw achieves a hardness of 35–40 HRC, ensuring structural stability and excellent wear resistance.

3. The weights and lever are calibrated using conventional manufacturing techniques, ensuring high accuracy and allowing for fine adjustment via the mechanical structure.

4. High-precision EHMC digital Rockwell hardness tester, supporting all Rockwell hardness scales and enabling scale conversions in accordance with ISO, GBT, and ASTM standards.

5. Supports upper and lower limit settings, with over‑range detection and alerting;

6. Hardness test results are saved in real time, with test times automatically recorded; data can be exported via USB or wirelessly.

The HR-150DTS digital electronic Rockwell hardness tester features a high‑precision EHMC digital Rockwell dial, which can display and set the current test scale, dwell time, hardness conversion values, and other parameters. The instrument employs a weight‑loading mechanism; during operation, simply apply a manual pre‑load until the device emits an audible beep, then press the start button. The tester will automatically perform loading, dwell, unloading, and display the hardness value, offering convenient operation and intuitive readouts.
